1. Project managers

Recognized degree in Architecture, civil /structure/electrical, building science or Quantity surveying with 5 years post-graduate experience.

Or Diploma holder with 10 years experience in building construction industry. HDB LUP/MUP experience is preferable.

2. PROs

Min. GCE “A” level with two years of public relations work experience, shall be able to communicating effectively in English and one other official language

3. Safety officers

Register in MOM as qualified safety officer, more than 1 year experience, HDB project experience is preferable.

4. ECOs (environmental control officer)

Registered in PUB, NEA as ECO, HDB project experience is preferable

5. Site supervisors

Min. NCCS or diploma holder, more than two years experience in building construction industry, HDB experience is preferable

6. Senior QS/QS(Quantity Survey)

Degree/diploma holder, experience in HDB project, able to price for electrical/sanitary will be more advance.
